In collaboration with Brigham and Women’s Hospital, the major goals for this project are: Aggregation of Extant CHR-related Data Sets; Management, Direction, Data Processing and Coordination of U01 Multisite Network; and to Develop and Apply CHR Stratification Tools to Identify and Validate Biomarkers to Predict Individual Outcome Trajectories.
Lochness
Lochness: Lochness provides a single command line tool (daemon) to periodically poll and download data from various web services into a local directory. Out of the box there is support for pulling data from a multitude of data sources including Beiwe, XNAT, REDCap, Dropbox, external hard drives, and more.
